    Phone orders are available only in domestic customers.

    Sending an e-mail at info@rivagebeautyshop.gr providing as with full contact details such as Surname, Name, Receiver’s and Billing of recipient Address, Contact phone, Payment and Shipping method.

    By registering at our online shop, adding the products in your shopping cart and follow the step by step on-line procedure.

  • Payment via Credit Card

    Upon completion of your order and if you choose to pay by credit card you will be automatically redirected to the secure Eurobank server, encrypted with SSL 128 bit, where you must enter the details of your credit card.
    Acceptable are the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard

    Rivagebeautyshop.gr does not maintain and does not store any credit card details. That is why for every new order; you should insert your credit card details again

    Payment via Paypal

    For payment via Paypal you should have a valid Paypal account. Upon completion of your order and if you choose paying with Paypal, you should automatically be redirected to the Paypal payment page and you will be prompted to log in to your account to complete the payment.

    Caution: For each transaction there is a corresponding charge from Paypal.

    Payment via bank transfer

    You have the option to deposit the amount in your order in the following accounts depending on the bank that serves you best. Accounts Numbers at the Associate Banks are the followings:

    Upon deposit you should definitely register your name or your order number so we can confirm your transaction. In order to be serviced faster, please send us the receipt of the deposit at info@rivagebeautyshop.gr.

    Payment on delivery - AVAILABLE ONLY WITHIN GREECE

    With payment upon delivery via Courier “ACS” (applies only to Greece).

    COD is an extra charge of  2,46€ to the shipping costs.

  • Shipment via courier

    Shipment via courier “ACS” and safe delivery in 1-3 working days in Greece. Exceptions are inaccessible areas that may require additional days.

    By Courier service, the shipping cost is for parcel up to 2 kgr, is 5,00€. There is a Free Shipment for orders up to 49€ and only within Greece. All prices include VAT 23%.

    Please note that for the cities where the courier company has no branch office and the delivery address is more than 10 km from the nearest courier office, and for some remote islands, there may be an additional cost. In such cases you will be notified by an email. There is no extra charge, if the delivery is accepted by you from the courier’s store (which is not considered inaccessible).

    Overseas shipment will be held by Regular Post Mail Service and estimated delivery time within 5-10 working days. Shipment costs abroad vary and are calculated automatically. You will be informed in the final step of the order process.

    Our company is responsible for the delivery time of goods to the transportation company (courier or regular post) and for informing you about it, but not for the final time of delivery to the consumer. That liability rests solely on the latter.

  • Defective Product Return Policy

    If you received a product which has been damaged during transport, you are obliged to keep the product and the packaging in the same exact condition that was delivered, with all the packaging materials within it (eg bubbles-Styrofoam) in order to receive a condition report from the Shipping Company. Together you have to deliver the damaged product and all supporting documents (such as proof of purchase). Failure to comply with these terms will mean non-acceptance on our part of the compensation or replacement.

    Return Policy Non-Defective Products

    It is clarified that rivagebeautyshop.gr is not responsible for products damaged during shipment. In any case, the customer has the choice not to accept the product or after it has been received, to return the product for any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. It is clarified that the maximum time for replacement may not extend beyond fourteen (14) calendar days.

    In all these cases, the products should be in the state in which they have been received by the client, without any damage to it, to the packaging and should include all documents accompanying the product (eg receipt, invoice, etc). If not returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, rivagebeautyshop.gr cannot accept any return or replacement.

    In case of a return of a Non-Defective product, the item should be send back to us at our company located in Chalastra, Thessaloniki, Zip Code 57300, Greece and the customer will be charged for the shipping costs. In the latter case, there will be a refund for the customer that is equal to the value of the product without including the shipping costs or expenses for payment upon delivery.

    Incorrect Products Return Policy

    You have the right to return any product purchased and ask for replacement at all cases where rivagebeautyshop.gr has dispatched wrong products. In that case, the return costs will be borne by the Company. The customer is only required to keep the product in perfect condition, not used, the packaging should be intact and must include original content and any accompanying material (accessories, manuals, etc.).

    Ιt is absolutely necessary to contact with us in case of dispatched wrong products.

  • Order Cancellation

    Order Cancellation can only be done if the online order has been completed but has not been sent.

    To cancel your order please contact with us via email at info@rivagebeautyshop.gr or by phone at 6979720293, quoting the order number or the name and the date of the order.
